... What If It is Damaged?
Every item is carefully packaged in a smoke free environment and should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case please contact me immediately at email@example.com - I will replace items if a mistake was made by me and an item shipped that was somehow damaged or defective.
I am not responsible for mail that is lost or damaged at the hands of the postal service, however. If an item arrives and the packaging was damaged during transit you must contact your local post office or national mail carrier to discuss the matter. Once an item is shipped it is literally and figuratively out of my hands and as a small business I'm not in a position to compensate for the mishandling or mistakes of each postal service. If you're unsure who to contact, here is a list of all national mail carriers and their respective websites.
