I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Damaged or Lost Mail
Every item is carefully packaged in a smoke free environment, and should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case please contact me immediately at email@example.com
I am not responsible for mail that is lost or damaged at the hands of the postal service. Further, if you did not pay for tracking I will not be able to locate a lost or mislaid order, file a complaint with Deutsche Post, or offer a refund. If you want to insure your order you must select tracking at checkout. This is a premium service offered by Deutsche Post, the cost of which is passed on to you, the customer.
I offer refunds only in the instance of a mistake having been made by me, or when an order has been lost in the mail and tracking has been paid for.
Typically if an order is not delivered due to an error in the address or some other mail mishap the package will be returned to me. Every order sent out has a return of address label on it and I do, from time to time, receive returned packages. If this happens I will contact you immediately.
